This week a client called me to list her house and had a list of little things that just needed fixing to make it sale ready, but her worst and most pressing problem was that her Husband had decided to fix their leaking toilet instead of getting help.
The husband did this with the best intentions, but sadly the result looked something like this
So she called me in a panic. Thankfully I was able to put her in touch with Pete the Plumber who rushed to the rescue and saved the day.
